In booking a water delivery through Mangawhai Water Ltd you are hereby accepting the following terms and conditions;
- Payment is preferred to be made in advance unless prior arrangements have been made before delivery is made.
- Cancellations and rescheduling of supply can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled delivery. Cancellations made after this time will incur a $50 administration fee. If no notice of cancellation or rescheduling has been provided and we arrive on site, or are enroute, you will be invoiced in full for the delivery.
- In most cases we can reschedule delivery, however in periods of extreme demand such action may result in your delivery being delayed as we attend to other orders in the queue.
- Driveways and access ways should be free of any debris, over hanging trees and any other hazards/obstacles which may hinder staff at Mangawhai Water Ltd from completing the delivery safely.
- Any damage to our trucks, including recovery costs, caused by over hanging trees, debris or other on site vegetation over growth will be charged to the customer at the discretion of Mangawhai Water Ltd.
- Mangawhai Water Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage to a Customer’s property. This includes, without limitation, damage to; driveways, concreted or paved areas, grassed areas, bridges and septic systems. The exception to this would apply where the damage was caused by the negilence of Mangawhai Water Ltd.
- The onus is on the customer to inform Mangawhai Water Ltd of any septic system within the area of where a truck will need to be placed to efficiently deliver water.
